We are seeking a proactive and experienced Supervisor, Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. This role plays a crucial part in leading and managing our recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent to support our organizational goals effectively. As the Supervisor of Talent Acquisition you will: * Lead and mentor the recruitment team, ensuring efficiency and performance. * Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans. * Manage the recruitment lifecycle and ensure compliance with regulations. * Cultivate college recruitment strategies and enhance candidate engagement. * Collaborate across HR and business groups to build partnerships and brand awareness. To be successful in the role we're looking for: * Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or related field * Eight (8) years of experience in Human Resources with primary focus in Talent Acquisition * Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of recruitment processes, employment laws, and regulations. * Proficient in the use of recruitment software and candidate management systems. Preferred: * PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification * Two (2) years of experience leading people Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of workweek are Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Working extended hours may be required. Travel Requirement: This position requires some travel (10-15%).
