SUPERVISOR, PLAN ADMINISTRATION Full-Time Permanent - Competition #23-63 Position Summary The Supervisor, Plan Administration ensures excellent service to ASEBP's clients and covered members by providing leadership and guidance to a team of Plan Administrators. This role supports the team in ensuring data integrity of member and client data, as well as supporting a variety of member-related activities, including member enrolment, and administration of benefit changes during life transitions. The Supervisor, Plan Administration ensures the team is well equipped to assist covered members and clients in accessing their benefits information with ease. This position reports to the Manager, Client Experience. Your Key Responsibilities Provide day to day leadership, supervision and performance management support within the plan administration team. Supervise the team in a manner consistent with ASEBP's strategic direction and pursuit of operational excellence. Provide regular coaching and mentoring to employees, ensuring they receive timely feedback to maximize their performance. Conduct quality assurance reviews to inform performance management. Conduct performance reviews in accordance with ASEBP's performance review process. In conjunction with the manager, participate in recruitment, orientation and training of new employees. Provide ongoing training and feedback to team members regarding organizational policies, team processes and safety protocols. Encourage staff professional development, goal setting and career progression, and identify relevant opportunties. In conjunction with the manager and human resources, address performance and conduct issues. Assist in the oversight of day to day operations. Assist manager with strategic planning, work allocation and prioritization in order to best meet priorities.
