Location:Dallas Fort Worth Position SummaryThe DFW CSC Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the entire warehouse and providing leadership to the distribution team. This includes the efficient and effective coordination of all product moves from production system into SAP, physical handling of product, picking orders from the warehouse, palletizing shipments, and loading/unloading trucks while ensuring overall accurate inventory that includes cycle counts of raw material and receiving POs in the system. This position manages departmental staff, ensuring that all items are received, stored, and distributed in an organized and timely manner.Job ResponsibilitiesSafety Management: --- Promote a Culture of Zero by continuously monitoring safety rules and requirements (i.e., dress code/PPE/reporting requirements/machine guarding). --- Lead the completion of Incident Investigations at the time of the event, including root cause and corrective action.
