Imperative Chemical Partners has an immediate opening for a Billing Supervisor in Midland, Texas. If you are interested in joining a growing company with a proven track record of success, this is youropportunity. SUMMARY: Responsible for managing billing staff of 10+ by providing guidance, coordinating tasks, troubleshootingobstacles, and monitoring processes to ensure that invoicing is done accurately and timely. This positionrequires confidentiality, diplomacy and professionalism due to interaction with high-level individuals andcustomers outside of the Company. The position also requires interaction with many departments withinthe Company to ensure that customer and other billing information is kept up to date, to addressproblems that may affect other departments, as well as to provide information needed to supportcustomer relationships. This position will also be responsible for performing office tasks such asgenerating invoices, maintaining records and other similar duties. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Possess great verbal and written communication skillsBe detail oriented and organizedLead the billing team to meet deadlines and produce accurate invoicesTrain and mentor billing staffBe proactive in improving processesEnforce organizational and departmentalpolicies and proceduresProvide requested information to otherdepartments on a timely basisBe responsive to the needs ofcustomersAbility to prioritize tasks andcoordinate processing in a fast-paced environmentHave great teambuilding and leadership skills REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE: High School diploma or GED required, 4-year Bachelor preferred or equivalent of management experience in the Oil and Gas industryProficient in Excel, knowledge of QuickBooks, Openlnvoice and Cortex a plus Imperative Chemical Partners is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
