JOB DESCRIPTION Supervising Senior Associate - Tax KEY OBJECTIVE: Chubb is looking for a Supervising Sr. Associate - Tax to assist in the preparation of tax provisions as well as US Federal and state tax returns for a large US multinational company that includes both insurance and non-insurance companies. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with preparation of US GAAP tax provision in accordance with ASC 740 and statutory tax provisions in accordance with statutory requirements Timely preparation/review of federal income tax returns for both insurance and non-insurance subsidiaries Timely preparation/review of state and local tax returns, including income tax, premium tax, property tax and sales and use tax Respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies; assist with state tax audits as needed Prepare computations related to and processing of quarterly/periodic estimated tax payments Research tax law to confirm tax positions taken on returns are appropriate Requisition #: 100816ahf9io63
