We are now seeking a passionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. Position Overview: As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Sunshine Cares, you will play a vital role in the care and support of our home based residents. Qualified candidates will have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of insurance. If you are a caring, compassionate individual who is dedicated to improving the lives of others, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output as directed. Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring dietary needs are met. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents. Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the healthcare team. Follow care plans and provide emotional support to residents. Report any changes in resident condition to the supervising nurse. Qualifications: Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Utah is highly desirable but is not always required. Ability to become trained and certified as a Nurse's Aide within 4 months of employment. CPR and First Aid certification. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work well as part of a team.
