The ideal candidate would have a minimum of three years' experience in reading and writing subcontracts. This role involves collaborating with multiple project managers to ensure seamless project execution.Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Employ organizational skills that effectively minimize obstacles that negatively impact the project. When obstacles arise, employ sound decision making/problem solving skills to resolve the issue. Prepare and manage subcontracts. Prepare and manage subcontractor change orders. Record and input subcontracts into the Viewpoint system.
