Description:
Under the direction of the Accounting and Tax Supervisor, assist in preparing all key tax and accounting functions for the Company. Ensure compliance with Federal, State, Local, and International tax laws, including the preparation of all related tax filings and IFRS reporting under IAS 12 and IFRIC 23. Assist in preparing for regulatory audits, develop and implement necessary tax policies, research the tax impact of proposed business decisions, and maintain all required Company tax records and documentation. Support fixed asset, lease, and cash accounting functions by ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures and IFRS reporting requirements. Under the direction of the CFO and external tax advisors, obtain Advanced Pricing Agreements (APAs) with the IRS, document transfer pricing methodology, and conduct related transfer pricing studies to support the Company’s approach. Leverage technology to improve processes and set an example of integrity, accountability, and urgency for colleagues. Key Responsibilities: * Federal, State, Local, and International Tax Compliance * Transfer Pricing * IFRS Tax Reporting * Month-End Close and General Ledger * Supervision of External and Internal Tax Advisors * Liaison to External Taxing Authorities * Cash Accounting * Fixed Asset and Lease Accounting
