THE ROLE As a Staff Accountant, you will complete the month-end close process, including balance sheet reconciliation, and handle daily bookkeeping, accruals, and ad hoc support of AP and AR. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will play a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities: Complete Month End Close on time Ensure accuracy and compliance consistent with GAAP accounting Daily bookkeeping responsibilities Frequent review of the reporting dashboard for accuracy Ad hoc AP, AR should support be needed POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Requirements: Minimum of 5+ years experience in Accounting, specifically in GAAP-compliant month-close process Daily bookkeeping experience Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience CPA license Skills, Knowledge, & Traits: Advanced Excel Skills Ability to work under tight deadlines with a high volume of work Confidence to present financials to management This position's target annual base pay range is $60,000 - $95,000. Final pay determinations may depend on various factors including, but not limited to, experience level, education, geographical location, knowledge, and skills.
