General SummaryThe Senior Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role by spearheading the sourcing and recruitment efforts across various corporate functions. This role will oversee the recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate engagement to onboarding, while actively contributing to employer branding initiatives and supporting internal mobility. As a strategic partner, this position will shape the candidate experience, leverage market insights and collaborate closely with stakeholders to attract and retain top talent to drive the organization's growth and success. Reports to: Director, Talent Acquisition Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Manage full:lifecycle recruitment efforts, with a primary focus on professional and management level positions within the corporate teams- Collaborate with business partners to understand recruiting needs and drive engagement throughout recruiting lifecycle- Partners with hiring manager(s) to review position specifications, salary requirements, and interview processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals- Champion a candidate:centric approach, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience- Play a key role in supporting the development and branding of Designer Brands' career opportunities, with a focus on promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion- Takes initiative to educate associates about career advancement opportunities to support internal mobility- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent for current and future openings- Source, assess, and deliver top talent with the goal of earning a high level of credibility as an effective and responsive business partner- Identify and attract top talent to the organization through the utilization of competency and behavioral:based interviewing techniques- Partner with Compensation and H Business Partners on internal compensation equity review to determine fair and competitive offers- Lead candidate debrief meetings with interviewer team and hiring manager, providing valuable insights and feedback- Establish a robust sourcing network; including individuals, agencies, professional networks and university partners to ensure a diverse pipeline of talent- Foster open and consistent communication with hiring managers, senior leaders, and candidates to guide through the recruiting and selection process.- Collaborates with Designer Brands partners, Business Resource Groups and Community Interest Groups to maximize recruiting and engagement strategies- Partners with Learning and Development to provide insight on the new hire experience to ensure seamless onboarding- Organize and attend college recruitment initiatives, community:based recruitment events, and job fairs Required Skills and Competencies: Required Skills:- Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various levels within corporate environment- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels- Detail:oriented, strategic thinker with the ability to identify and develop solutions for optimal experiences- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to foster connections with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders- High degree of professionalism and confidentiality- Strong understanding of strategic sourcing methods, diversity recruiting best practices, candidate assessment techniques and employment law compliance- Ability to identify, analyze, develop solutions to recruitment challenges, showcasing strong problem:solving and decision:making abilities- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Applicant Tracking Systems, and social networking sites for candidates sourcing- Strong knowledge of tailoring sourcing stra
