Job Summary Contribute to the development, execution and maintenance of Quality training programs and initiatives to drive employee performance. Job Description Responsibilities:Develop, update and/or facilitate training as required. May include general, technical, and soft-skills training.Create and update training reports for employees and manager including pending QMS and eLearning trainings, assignment and exam scores, performance assessments, and survey output.Solicit formal training program feedback at set intervals; collect, interpret and report out data, proposing suggested actions in response to feedback received.Grade, provide feedback, and coach employees on training program work assignments.Support planning, organization, and communication around rotational program placements and transition periods.Plan and coordinate engagement events and recurring team meetings.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Math, Education/Training or other related technical field, or a combination of education and experience in these fields.At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance. Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Math or other related technical field.Experience developing and facilitating training and presentations in-person and virtually, with different levels of audiences ranging from entry-level to leadership.Intermediate Skill Level in Microsoft Excel (for example: conditional formatting, tables, formulas, charting)At least 2 years of industry experience in Medical Devices, Drugs, and/or fields directly related to the role.
