You will beresponsible for identifying areas of improvement, developing strategies toenhance maintenance processes, and implementing best practices to ensure thesmooth operation of our facilities. You will report directly to our Maintenance Superintendent and you'llwork out of our Geismar, LA location. In this role, you will impact ourmaintenance operations by analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementingstrategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPlan and schedule maintenance work including turnaround planningAnalyze maintenance data and identify areas for improvement Develop strategies to optimize maintenance processes and reduce downtime Implement best practices to enhance equipment reliability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective maintenance planning and execution Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to maintenance activities U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTSDue to compliance with U.S. exportcontrol laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is definedas, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in theU.S. under asylum or refugee status.
