Employbridge Search Group has a client in Amarillo, TX who is looking for a Sr. Project Manager to join the team. This company is growing and looking for someone who wants to advance in their career within the construction industry. Job Duties * Track and manage job costs, production, and man-hours * Manage the Project Management Group * Report any progress to goals that needs to be hit * Identify potential bottlenecks to project deadlines and create solutions * Review and execute change orders, lien waivers, affidavits and other contractual related documents * Review, track and perform billings per contracts * Prepare and process submittals and pay apps * Attending meetings as needed on assigned projects * Manage and review invoices submitted to Company and allocate to correct projects and cost lines * Work with Estimators to build project schedule during bidding process * Work with Superintendents to ensure proper inventory is kept in order to meet deadlines * Find areas of improvement for efficiency, product quality and safety * Communicate with Owner or proper representation for any project issues * Ensure the project punch list is completed and the project is closed out * Conduct meetings as needed to keep everyone in the loop with project updates * Other duties as assigned Qualifications * Associates or Bachelor's Degree in business or related field * 3+ years of project management experience * Project Management Certification is preferred * Lean Construction Certification is preferred * Knowledge of road construction processes is required * Capable of managing a project management team * Capable of working with cross functional teams * Previous experience or capable of learning various PM and Accounting software * Expert knowledge of project plans and specifications * Flexible schedule as needed
