Qualifications and Requirements: xF0B7; Minimum of eight years experience in multimodal transportation planning and engineering. xF0B7; Bachelors or masters degree in civil or transportation engineering, or a related field. xF0B7; Proficiency in transit and/or multimodal layout design. xF0B7; Advanced skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Microstation. xF0B7; Licensure as a Professional Engineer or eligibility to obtain it within six months. xF0B7; Exposure to project management skills, including budget and schedule adherence. xF0B7; Experience performing and/or leading traffic operations analysis. xF0B7; Conceptual/preliminary engineering experience for enhanced/rapid bus, BRT, and rail transit corridors, as well as active transportation corridors. xF0B7; Additional final design experience in the production of Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PS and E) packages. Responsibilities: xF0B7; Creatively solve transportation problems, creating more sustainable and connected communities. xF0B7; Serve as a project or task manager and manage projects within budget. xF0B7; Outline and prepare successful proposals and reports. xF0B7; Analyze a wide range of transportation data and manage the completion of technical analyses, feasibility studies, and other transportation reports. xF0B7; Participate in firm:wide strategic planning activities to ensure the continuation of the mission and core values. xF0B7; Mentor and train junior staff.
