A company is looking for a Sr. Product Manager Consultant in a remote position. Key Responsibilities: Lead the evolution of voice and collaboration services for residential and small business customers Analyze market needs, research solutions, and develop comprehensive product requirements Oversee partner relationships to ensure excellent customer experiences Required Qualifications: Understanding of regulatory requirements related to communications providers In-depth knowledge of POTS, VOIP, PRI, SIP Trunking, Unified Communications, and similar technologies Experience in agile development environments as a product manager Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred, in Business, Marketing, Technology, or equivalent work experience Minimum 5 years' experience providing product direction to high performing teams
