Description: The F-35 Training & Logistics Integrated Program Planning Senior Manager is a functional leadership role with responsibility for Development, Production, & Transformation schedules for all F-35 Training & Logistics Programs within the Training & Logistics Solutions (TLS) Line of Business within the Rotary & Mission Systems (RMS) business area. This role will report to the TLS Integrated Program Planning Sr. Manager and will be based in Orlando, FL. This position will be a hybrid position with a minimum of 2-3 days/week on site. The selected candidate will lead the F-35 integrated program planning team providing qualitative and quantitative data analysis for program performance management leadership to meet critical schedules, identify opportunities, and recommend actions to mitigate program risks. This role serves as partner to the Program Management and F&BO leadership, customers, subcontractor partners, and the RMS Earned Value Policy & Compliance organization by communicating program status, addressing execution & compliance risks, supporting proposal efforts, and creating value by impacting successful program execution. This position will also have direct responsibility for RMS 1LMX within the planning organization and F-35. This role will be responsible for program staffing and developing organizational talent through training, coaching, facilitating new assignments, and building a pipeline for growth across the TLS Planning team. Basic Qualifications: - Experience developing strong relationships with Program Management, Customers, Functional Leads, and Subcontractor partners.- Earned Value Management skills, advanced integrated cost/schedule management experience. - Experience with the capture/proposal management process - leading the development and management of capture / proposal schedules. - Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work well in team environment.- Experiences delivering executive level project briefings to internal and external customers.- Experience in business leadership roles and proven track record of success and high-performance including development of talent within teams.- Experience using scheduling software such as MS Project, Open Plan, or Primavera.- Previous leadership role and experience managing a team of planners.- Secret Clearance or ability to obtain. Desired Skills: - Previous experience as a leader of leaders.- Change leadership experience.- Strong influencing and relationship management skills.- Experience using Open Plan Professional scheduling software. - Agile program experience.- Knowledge of integration with a Prime Contractor's Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).- Critical Path Methodology; Schedule Risk Assessment and Analysis; Risk & Opportunity Management.- DCMA surveillance and DDM reporting. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
