Honeywell Building Solutions is looking for aSenior Facility Maintenance Manager to provide on-site management at ourcustomer location in Clackamas County, OR. The Facility Manager willensure that contractual commitments with the customer are met by maintaininggood working relationship with the client and its staff and providingleadership for the Facility management operations for the site.KEYRESPONSIBILITIES Provide overall responsibility for staff andcontractors on site Manage the timely completion and review of keyadministrative deliverables such as monthly reports, annual reports,internal and external audits Establish and meet the annual operating plangoals and objectives. Ensure safety of staff and public using thefacility The annual base salary range for thisposition is $92,000-$115,000. Please note that this salary informationserves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors whenextending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilitiesof the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, keyskills, as well as market and business considerations." U.S. PERSONREQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control lawsand regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S.citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. underasylum or refugee status. YOU MUST HAVE High School Diploma or GED 4 to 6 years' experience in commercial building facility management experience, including supervision Valid driver's license Pass background, drug test and security clearance WE VALUE SAP experience RPA Designation (BOMI) Experience in Facilities Management within the educational/public sector Ability to interpret and meet contractual requirements and deliverables Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information Establish and meet the annual operating plan goals and objectives.
