They ensure accurate claim assessment, fair settlements, and exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.Job Responsibilities: Ensuring the delivery of timely and superior customer service through the daily total loss claims handling. Ensuring adherence to salvage requirements per state guidelines & effectively manage the negotiations of upfront storage fees and rental expenses. Effectively investigating claims, reserving evaluation and resolution of claims Effectively control the use, work product and expenses of outside vendors Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external customers Actively participate in committees and task force projects.
