About You Sr Associate Business Systems Analyst Requirements Basic Qualifications 2+ years of: Experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ideally in the information technology industry or relevant project management experience Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud (Certification encouraged) and Lightning web components Proficiency in system configuration, testing, and documentation. End to end implementation experience including requirements documentation, systems configuration, project management, issue management, communication and change management. Background in Agile development and release methodologies, especially for automation of business processes, introduction of new products or monetization strategies Other Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to understand and analyze data to determine value of solutions being delivered Strong abilities in effective communication and collaboration. Understanding of processes related to managing organizational transitions. Expertise in one or more of the following areas: Go to Market (GTM) systems Experience with Marketo or other marketing automation tools Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems as well as provide documentation, guidance and instruction to users. A passion for systems and technology with an ability to identify creative solutions for complex business problems Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Workday Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
