Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required. Job Overview: Soliant Health is looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work in a school-based role in California. This position allows you to support students in enhancing their communication skills and addressing challenges in a nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and diagnose speech and language disorders in students. Create and implement tailored treatment plans. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to promote student progress. Provide direct therapy services to students with communication needs. Keep accurate records and documentation. Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. State SLP license or eligibility for licensure. ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
