Speech Language Pathologist: 2024-2025 School Year AnthroMed Education is expanding our team of Speech Language Pathologist who support our students throughout Illinois, and we want you to be a part of our team! We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist. This is a unique role for someone looking to make a significant impact across multiple settings. In this role, you will: Support an intermediate school (4 th and 5 th graders) and middle school (6 th and 8 th graders), as well as help out at a few private schools with very small caseloads. Manage a total caseload of about 35-40 students. Support we provide our clinicians: AnthroMed Education has a wonderful SLP Director of Clinical Support who offers our clinicians support through the school year! Bi-Weekly team meetings where all AnthroMed SLPs get together to collaborate. Dedicated 1:1 caseload support Professional Development opportunities Materials stipend for supplies Yearly licensure reimbursement for ISBE, IDFPR, and ASHA Benefits: AnthroMed Education is proud to provide a Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plan where the premium is 100% paid for, which means $0 premium cost from your paycheck! Speech Language Pathologist Duties: Complete evaluations to assess speech needs and areas of growth Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to students Assist case manager with developing student Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Collaborate with Interdisciplinary teams and classroom teachers to meet the students’ speech and/or language needs Observe students and collect data to measure progress and adjust treatment plans Facilitate staff and community training in the area of communication disorders Speech Language Pathologist Requirements: Master’s degree in Communication Disorders IDFPR license eligible in the state of Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) eligible in the state of Illinois Preferred experience in a K-12 setting.
