We’re building a united community that brings together experts in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to break down barriers to help children (typical ages 2 – 8) with developmental delays and disabilities Wondering what it's like to be a Speech Language Pathologist Supervisor at Inspire Horizons Your 4 day per week full-time schedule allows time for: Supporting and mentoring SLPAs Sign off on your SLPAs notes Mon - Thurs so they are turned in timely Provide adequate direct supervision virtually or in person weekly Provide indirect (feedback) supervision support weekly Help keep your SLPAs schedule full with evals/re-evals done Enriching lives Impact the lives of children through ~12 - 17 30-min treatment session Clinical collaboration Morning and afternoon admin time every day Clinical collaboration time throughout the week with all therapy disciplines Lunch and learn series and CEUs Preview of perks Guaranteed compensation even for patient cancellations 20 paid days off between holidays and PTO student loan repayment healthcare, dental, vision etc. Should you apply?
