Our culture is driven by our community, our values, and our team.*We are also proud to offer the following benefits:* - Medical, dental, vision coverage - 401(K) Retirement Program with employer match - Employer paid life insurance policy - Employee Recognition Program - Company discounts at select retailers - And much more!*As a member of our pediatric rehabilitation* *team, you will be responsible for:** The Speech Therapist is an integral member of the Interdisciplinary Team.* Administers appropriate treatment techniques and modalities for the rehabilitation of children aged birth to 21.* Responsible for adherence to the scope and standards of practice as defined by the American Speech Language and Hearing Association.* Uses creativity, professional judgment, and problem solving techniques to achieve quality outcomes.* Participates in patient and family teaching and works collaboratively with other disciplines.* Plays an integral role in facilitating functional performance through oral motor therapy techniques, sensory feedback, interactive talk and play activities, and emotional-cognitive development.*The ideal SLP candidate will have the following qualifications:** MA/MS in Speech Language Pathology* NJ licensure in Speech Language Pathology* ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech/Language Pathology* Specialized training or experience in the evaluation/treatment of pediatric dysphagia preferred (but not required).* 1-2 years of professional Pediatric experience (post graduate school)* Excellent oral and written communication skills* Ability to work well as a team member_We invite you to join our dynamic team of pediatric professionals to make a difference in our community and grow in your field with the support and tools of one of the region's top children's rehabilitation organizations! #Job2_Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:* Employee assistance programMedical specialties:* PediatricsSchedule:* 8 hour shiftWork setting:* In-personEducation:* Master's (Preferred)Experience:* Pediatrics: 1 year (Preferred)* SLP: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:* NJ Speech Language Pathology License (Preferred)Work Location: In person
