Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required. Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Newark, DE. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders, helping them achieve academic and communication success. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide direct therapy services to students. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams. Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings. Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Valid Delaware SLP license. ASHA CCC preferred. Experience in a school setting is a plus.
