Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. 8-10 years of experience in consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role overseeing delivery Project Management: Advanced skills in project planning, execution, and risk management. Leadership: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Client Management: Excellent relationship-building and client management skills. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives aligned with business objectives. Foundational skills in asking pertinent questions to grasp business challenges and identify key metrics or objectives. Developing internal communication skills, learning to effectively communicate with different levels of management. Proficiency in managing multiple tasks, including requirement gathering, document writing, and support activities. A problem-solving mindset, contributing creative solutions to complex issues in collaborative team environments. Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel The capability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
