POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for an IT Delivery Lead - Governance, Risk, Compliance & Operations who will play a key role in molding our digital future and growth of the Welch's business. This is an exciting time to join Welch's and be part of our Information Technology Team in a very influential role as part of our transformational agenda. You will gain significant exposure, building strong relationships across our company in a role responsible for the overall assurance of the governance, risk, compliance, and operations of our current and future enterprise IT environments. You will occasionally operate as an independent authority from an audit/compliance and Change Advisory Board lead perspective. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Lead the transformation of our computing environment to a cloud first strategy. Create new, modernize, and streamline existing policies, processes, technologies and maximize automation. It includes the development and operationalization of programmatic guardrails in collaboration with owners and architects of established and emerging enterprise platforms. In this role you will interact directly with a cross-functional team of stakeholders across the company delivering solutions in the areas of sales/marketing, ERP, Analytics, and Infrastructure modernization. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Governance Co-lead ITIL Implementation for key processes improving overall responsiveness, resilience, and agility of our operational environment Govern Cyber Security program utilizing the NIST and COBIT frameworks Oversee project implementations ensuring PMO process is being followed and deliverables are completed appropriately Risk Own overall IT Risk Management program in association with the existing Enterprise Risk Management program Management of key risk indicators, monitors and KPI including IT Risk Register Govern the completion of critical activities to ensure timely risk remediation Compliance Lead/own the design and implementation of new and the remediation of existing controls leveraging SOX framework Regular audits of existing and future digital environment working closely with internal teams and external auditors Lead the implementation of improvements to system access such as role-based access Microsoft 365 Compliance and Legal Hold processes Operations Own implementation of a CMDB and associated architectural documentation associated with the dependencies of all IT services Resiliency: Disaster recovery process and procedures including leading regular Disaster recovery testing and alignment with Business Continuity practices Data retention processes including overall implementation of industry best practices WHO YOU ARE: Passion for achieving excellence in delivery, solving complex problems, and taking significant ownership of a transformational agenda Expertise in IT operations and security control domains (including application security, change management, disaster recovery, data center operations, information security and networking) including complex legacy infrastructure/application environments within the manufacturing industry Knowledge of, and experience with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, GDPR Experience with enterprise IT management frameworks (e.g., NIST, COBIT, ITIL, PMI) Working knowledge and experience with both on-premises and cloud-based backup, restore and overall resiliency Excellent technical, analytical, problem solving, multitasking, and time management skills with consistent attention to detail Ability to effectively learn, communicate and use new processes, concepts, tools, and methodology to support the needs of the business Change agent with strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels to engage, educate and shift existing behaviors and beliefs Excellent presentation (written and verbal) and communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical issues and solutions to all levels of business Ability to effectively share technical information and train and mentor less experienced or knowledgeable team members WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field 7-10 years of overall industry experience, specifically around IT risk management, IT audit and compliance and IT Operations within a large complex or global Business At least one of the following security certifications: CISSP, CISM, PCI-QSA certifications, or Certified ISO27001 Lead Implementer IT experience in a strong manufacturing environment demonstrating a proven project and process management skill set. OT experience a plus Experience migrating IT infrastructure into a cloud environment Background in Information Security principles and operations Experience with backups and restores on platforms like Rubrik, Commvault Experience with Mergers and Acquisition integration a plus WHAT YOU'LL ENJOY: Organization with a bold, clear purpose.
