Volt is hiring Solder Associates for a leading manufacturer in Moorpark! Full-time work with a stable industry leader! Great Work Environment!! Job Duties/Experience * Assemble SMT and TH components on various types of printed circuit boards, using hand-held soldering stations. * Install and rework of fine pitch surface mount devices. * Identify component types and polarities. * Keep area clean and free of all non-essential tools and components. * Understand and adhere to policies and procedures. * Rework through microscope for small components. * Other duties and responsibilities not listed above may be added.Candidates must meet the following qualifications for consideration: * IPC-610 Experience Required * IPC-7711 Rework of Electronic Assemblies Experience Required * Experience with Restriction of Use of Hazardous Substances * Experience with Non-Restriction of Use of Hazardous Substances * High school or equivalent. * 2+ year of manufacturing experience and 2+ years soldering PCBA's preferred. * Experience with use of hot air rework stations. * Able to read and interpret drawings and blueprintsShifts: 1st Alternative Work Schedule ( 4 day week 10 hour days) Hourly Pay: $19 - $22Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
