If you want to make an impact in fintech, we'd like to know: Are you FIS?About the roleAs a Software Test Analyst, you'll play a key role in the development of fintech products that are changing the way the world pays, banks and invests. This will involve consulting on software development or operations processes, quality practices, quality audits and software measurements.About the teamOur team is responsible for validating and delivering the highest quality cloud environments (AWS/Azure) in relation to external and internal requirements of the insurance department. The team does not focus only on manual validation but also tries to automate as much of it as possible. The team's tasks are not limited only to the testing part. We also focus on the preparation of project documentation, contact with external and internal stakeholders, validation of post User Acceptance Tests, Disaster Recovery, Go-live, but also all activities related to the closure of the project. We work in an international team of six people.What you will be doingResponsible for manual validation of Prophet Managed Services Insurance cloud environments based on existing processes.Actively update Quality Control processes according to ongoing changes and documenting evidence of tests performed.Proactively participate in the life of the project by taking responsibility for its Quality Control part.--- Performing usable testing and communicating activities and findings.--- Controlling and managing daily test activities.--- Providing internal quality assurance.What you will need--- Knowledge of application development, software testing and quality management.--- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.--- Experience with primary database engines and the ability to write data validation and troubleshooting queries.-Experience in manual testing.-Creating test scenarios.-Process documentation.-Process management.-Proactivity.-Self-discipline and responsibility.Bonus if you have-Amazon web Services (AWS) or Azure experience.-Active Directory Users and Groups management.-TestRail or any other test case management tool.-Programming knowledge: VBA, PowerShell, Python.-Spanish/Portuguese language.- Experience with products offered by FIS: Prophet, Prophet Enterprise, PCC, PRD, IDR, etc. --What we offer you--- A modern, international work environment and a dedicated and motivated team.--- A broad range of professional education and personal development opportunities.--- Opportunities to innovate in fintech.--- Tools for personal and professional growth.--- Inclusive and diverse work environment.FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $93,640.00 - $157,300.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
