Volt is Immediately Hiring for - AWS Engineer - 100% RemoteAs an AWS Engineer , - You will: Clearance :Public Trust required - MUST Have Requirements (Must Haves) * Bachelor's degree in a STEM or related discipline with 8+ years of professional software development experience * Hands on experience with Amazon Health Lake, S3, AWS Glue Crawler, Amazon Athena, Sage Maker Training, age Maker Batch Transform, AWS Lambda, * Proficiency in languages like R, Python, and JavaScript, is essential for building applications on AWS. * Hands on experience with core AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and SQS * 2+ years of experience working with predictive analytics projects - integrating specific tools as examples, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or scikit-learn * Experience with building serverless applications using AWS Lambda and API Gateway. * Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for managing containerized applications on AWS ECS or EKS. * Expertise in managing databases on AWS, including RDS, DynamoDB, and Aurora. * Familiarity with AWS data analytics services like Redshift, Athena, and/or EMR. * Understanding of DevOps principles and tools for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) on AWS. * Understanding of security best practices for cloud environments, including IAM roles, access control lists, and encryption. * Ability to optimize AWS costs by leveraging cost-saving strategies and tools. * Team player with clear oral and written communicationsPreferred skills: * One or more of the following AWS certifications: * AWS Certified Solutions Architect * AWS Certified Developer * AWS Certified DevOps Engineer * Understanding of statistical concepts & methods * Familiar with Tokenization practice * Previous experience working with Electronic Health Records * Previous experience working in a federal agencyThis is a Contract opportunity.Location : Remote work Contract : 6+ Month Possibly Extension Pay Rate : $65-70 Per hour Benefits: Volt offers benefits (based on eligibility) that include the following: health, dental, vision, term life, short term disability, AD&D, 401(k), Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
