Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: Create a detailed social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic. Set specific objectives and report on ROI. Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and events. Collaborate with other departments to ensure content is informative and appealing. Community Engagement: Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and foster relationships with followers. Monitor online conversations and provide timely responses to customer inquiries and feedback. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Implement new features and strategies to keep the company ahead of the curve. Qualifications: Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices. Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
