Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently or within a group. Automotive sales and service knowledge is a great asset. Pay based on your experience. Job functions include but not limited to: Schedules appointments, responds to phone calls, and receives funds for services. Effectively informs customers on service recommendations for regular maintenance. Prepares and advises on service requirements, sells routine maintenance, repair services, and follow-up regarding unsold services and customers. Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail while assisting and consulting with customers. Submits customer sales documentation to the Finance & Insurance Manager, as well as proper paperwork (insurance information, trade title etc.). Pursues prospective customers, promotes effective sales incentives, and maintains a follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business.
