What the Shipping & Receiving Clerk will do: Prepare and pack outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping guidelines. Generate shipping labels and related documentation using shipping software. Inspect packages for quality and correctness. Receive incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and packing lists. Properly label and store received products in the warehouse. Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments using inventory management software. Maintain logs and files of shipments and deliveries. Prepare reports on shipping and receiving activities as required. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. What the Shipping & Receiving Clerk needs to have: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in shipping and receiving required . Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Experience with pallet jack required . Physically capable of lifting heavy materials (up to 30 lbs) and standing for long periods. Basic computer skills required and experience with inventory management software preferred. Monday to Friday8:30 am - 5 pm
