Aquent Studios is looking to hire a SharePoint Developer for our leading Oil and Gas client based in Houston, TX. This is a W2 role, NO C2C and NO SPONSORSHIPAVAILABLE. Please note that this is a HYBRID role with varying hours 20-30+ hours week and 3-4 times a month onsite at our client's location in Houston, TX. WHAT YOU'LL DO:Sharepoint developer to work on client projects to create cutting edge web, mobile and cloud solutions. In addition to superior technical skills, Developer must be able to translate conceptual ideals into concrete tasks as well as translate business needs into technical requirements.Ability to map visual elements to SharePoint concepts and create prototypes and proofs of concept to validate feasibility early on. Developer is expected to be an integral part of the consulting team, competent to work on virtually all phases of application development and capable of independently carrying out all essential development tasks.Candidates responsible for:Develop client side code for web applications using HTML, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, PHP and other technologiesSkilled in SharePoint search, metadata and indexing. Able to compile search results into SharePoint/HTML custom pagesUse in-depth understanding of SharePoint 2016 to solve technical and business problemsKnowledge of SharePoint/Web site branding, utilizing css, templates and page layoutsService oriented and communicative to teamCollaborate with technical staff to understand and develop resolutions to software problemsQualification include:5+ years SharePoint Experience (with completed reference projects)5+ years experience with front end development: JavaScript, CSS, HTML and SEO practicesSharepoint certification a plus #APPOptional Qualifications:Design - Adobe Creative CloudNintex FormsAnimations Compensation range: $45 -53/hrDOE The range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role.
