Responsibilities:• Coordinate and schedule hot and cold service calls for technicians• Communicate effectively with customers to provide service updates and arrival times• Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician availability, and customer information• Monitor and prioritize service requests based on urgency and customer needs• Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction• Generate proper paperwork to order parts and or work with manufacturers to ensure successful service calls• Follow particular procedures for warranty processing and accurately file or report paperwork• Monitor GPS and software applications throughout the day to keep technicians on track and on schedule Qualifications:• 2+ years of experience in dispatching HVAC or Electrical technicians• Strong organizational and time management skills• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure• Computer skills a must• Transportation to and from work• Mechanical understanding for technical conversations for repair diagnostics• US Work Authorization Compensation: $18 - $19.50 hourly About Company: Richard’s Kitchen Store is on a mission to build a core group of like-minded individuals who share common goals, have good work ethics, desire to be successful as a team and have fun in a professional setting.
