Position Description: TechGuard Security is looking for a Senior Technical Analyst for N51 Strategy & Policy Support. Position Responsibilities: Create and maintain organizational manuals Maintain comprehensive library of gov/client policies and instructions Interpret client policy and instructions and incorporate policies, regulations, strategies into client initiatives Develop written papers, graphics, and briefings for senior leadership Develop strategic documents inclusive of measures of performance (MOPs), measures of effectiveness (MOEs), goals, objectives, and lines of effort Requirements: Candidates shall have any combination of ten (10) years of military and /or government professional experience supporting a cryptologic mission. Professional experience may include mission support as a military or government language or signals analyst as it relates to acquiring, identifying, processing and reporting on electromagnetic emissions. Experience with Internet Protocol (IP) network strategy and policy Knowledge and experience working on DoD strategic plans and policy with an emphasis from any of these areas: network operations, network defense, signals intelligence, information operations, space or electronic warfare. Clearance Requirements: TS SCI Security Clearance
