Key Responsibilities: Manage Tax Services Division: Oversee daily operations of the tax services division, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery. Manage workflows, allocate resources and personnel effectively, and coordinate project timelines to exceed client expectations and meet deadlines. Client and Engagement Management: Build and maintain client relationships, manage client portfolios, identify new business opportunities, and oversee all aspects of the tax department's client engagements. Leadership and Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Support the professional growth of team members. Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree or JD preferred. Experience: Over 20 years in public accounting or a related field, with at least 10 years in leadership roles and client engagement experience. Certifications: Active CPA required. Tax Expertise: Extensive knowledge of tax matters for individuals and various entities (e.g., corporate, estate, non-profit, international). Skills: Strong leadership, multitasking, ability to work independently and as part of a team, exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, excellent communication, initiative, dedication to professional
