This enables us to effectively serve the needs of our members and help them succeed.The position's primary purpose is to support the Bank in execution of the enterprise procurement and software asset management related processes. The Senior Sourcing and Asset Analyst is a subject matter expert who will actively engage in the development and execution of the enterprise procurement processes, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, manage publishing and quoting activities as well as manage the software assets of the Bank. May support other areas in Enterprise Procurement and Vendor Management, Corporate Finance or Bank-wide projects. Accountabilities: Procurement Guide and support the Enterprise in execution of established Vendor Management procedures. Support Diversity & Inclusion efforts and requirements related to Procurement. Execute assigned duties of the Enterprise Procurement processes. Create and manage public opportunity postings. Coordinate vendor responses to requests and work with vendors for any issues in the process. Provide results to Vendor Relationship Owners (VRO). Coordinate acceptance or declination to vendors. Manage ongoing public category posting lists. Ensure compliance with all applicable policy, procedure and regulation. Quote hardware, software ensuring 3 bids with multi-year options. Ensure diverse vendor inclusion. Manage vendor incumbency. Resolve any issues with purchases including; invoice issues, incomplete/incorrect product as well as variance between what was received, what was purchased. Maintain collaborative relationships with all stakeholders of Enterprise Procurement. Interacting with software vendors to provide support in renewals and resolve licensing issues. Drive new diverse vendor outreach as well as diverse vendor quoting to increase diverse vendor contracting and spend. Identification and implementation of process improvements related to Enterprise Procurement. Software Asset Management Maintaining an accurate inventory of software assets across the organization, including details such as; license keys, versions, installations, and usage. Tracking licenses to ensure compliance with vendor agreements, avoiding penalties due to under-licensing or non-compliance. General Administration Provide analytical and administrative support to the Enterprise Procurement Manager in the execution and development of the procurement and asset tracking processes. Ensure high quality, up-to-date documentation. Perform other duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of related experience in Procurement and/or Asset Management. Familiar with Bank regulatory environment. Demonstrated experience with soliciting quotes and evaluating bids to ensure they are complete and compliant with policies. Demonstrated experience overseeing enterprise software asset inventories. Must be results-driven, and able to employ the right approach and methods to make the maximum use of time and resources. Able to address relevant facts, identify alternative approaches, and provide recommended solutions to all stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to productively manage multiple simultaneous tasks with a high level of detail within deadlines. A results driven go-getter with strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills including facilitation and presentation. Ability to work with and maintain confidential information. Strong customer relationship skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills. Compensation Range: Annual Salary: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00This salary range represents the Bank's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of hire. Offer to be determined by selected applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills & abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. This role is also eligible to participate in the Bank's annual incentive plan.As part of our competitive Total Rewards package, the Bank offers 11 paid holidays, 5 weeks of PTO and a work culture that values work/life balance.
