This professional-track (non-partnership) position is ideal for an attorney skilled in managing structured securities offerings, particularly within commercial real estate. The role involves representing a diverse range of clients, including REITs, public and private real estate companies, and institutional investors, across transactions such as acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, complex financings, and property developments.Duties:Manage and oversee structured securities offerings, ensuring compliance with legal standards and alignment with client objectives.Represent clients in various real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, complex financings, and development projects.Offer strategic legal advice on real estate finance and investment structuring to enhance client portfolios.Collaborate effectively with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams to streamline transaction processes.Conduct thorough legal research and prepare analyses to support sophisticated financial transactions and ensure regulatory adherence.Requirements:Minimum of 6 years of experience managing structured securities offerings, with a focus on commercial real estate law.Strong background in real estate finance, acquisitions, and dispositions.Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and best practices in real estate investment structuring.Prior experience with a respected law firm, ideally within the AmLaw 100.Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active member in good standing with the Pennsylvania State Bar.Skills:Strong analytical and writing abilities, with attention to detail.Sound business judgment and decision-making skills.Excellent organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Client-centered approach with excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.Benefits:Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off and recognized holidays.Professional growth and career advancement opportunities.Supportive, collaborative work environment fostering career development.
