We are an entrepreneurial, innovative, and ambitious Family Law Firm in the Pembroke Pines, Doral, and Fort Lauderdale area that is on track for aggressive growth. We are actively recruiting a Senior Sales Representative to join our team. This position is for a proven, all-star salesperson who can sell legal services and cultivate new relationships.--Prior legal experience is not required, but you must have a record of success in discussing big price points and complex problems with maturity and sensitivity. ABOUT THIS ROLE We need a bright, creative, empathetic, and compassionate person who can convey the value of our services to potential clients and enhance client experience.-- This non-attorney sales role emphasizes a consultative, service-oriented approach, engaging prospective new clients (PNCs) with empathy and understanding. The focus is educating PNCs about their options and guiding them toward the best decisions for their future and the firm's goals. We provide training in what you need to know to help clients best, and for the right person, this will be a highly rewarding position personally, professionally, and financially. This is a full-time Bilingual Spanish and English role based in our Pembroke Pines or Doral office. This position offers an annual salary of $60,000 to $100,000, including generous incentives and bonuses. Responsibilities: This position will --- Conduct initial client consultations to sell legal services --- Oversee the smooth transition of new cases to the legal team --- Follow up with potential new clients who have not yet retained us --- Maintain a tracking system to monitor leads, new clients, and referral sources Qualifications: Our ideal candidate will: --- Build strong relationships by connecting with diverse personalities and showing empathy to put potential clients at ease. --- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills across in-person, phone, and written interactions. --- Use consultative selling techniques to convey the value of services, create urgency, and effectively close sales. --- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to facilitating handoffs to the legal team. --- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and appointment coordination to meet weekly goals and improve customer satisfaction. --- Overcome objections by following up with potential clients and redirecting conversations to meet their needs. --- Maintain professionalism by dealing with late-week meetings with the same care as those earlier in the week. --- Stay resilient through challenges, quickly learning about new topics and adapting when things aren't planned. --- Keep detailed records in the CRM, tracking interactions and client milestones, and providing timely updates. --- Collaborate with management by sharing feedback on lead quality and volume, and offering suggestions for improvement. --- Act as a team player, covering for colleagues when needed and consistently adhering to policies and procedures. --- Stay tech-savvy using Windows computers, and specialized software, and keeping current with industry trends and training.
