Due to continued growth the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor has become available to join our successful team. As Heathrow embarks upon its 7th regulatory period 'H7', Costain was awarded two lots as Major Project Partner and Asset Renewal Partner for Terminal 2 - The Queen's Terminal. Role Requirements • Holds an RICS / CICES accredited degree• Senior Quantity Surveyors will hold or be nearing completion of Full Membership with RICS / CIECS• Ensuring contractual and commercial risks and opportunities are identified to the Contract Leader • Assist with preparation of monthly progress valuations and claims for work completed• Prepare supply chain enquiries, negotiate, administer and finalise / close out supply chain contracts• Champions Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive• Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way• Must be customer focussed by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their.
