A company is looking for a Provider Utilization Management Rep Sr to join their team. Key Responsibilities Manage provider capacity requirements, recruitment efforts, and onboarding processes Analyze provider utilization data and make recommendations during monthly meetings Conduct utilization meetings to recognize provider performance and address issues Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience 4 to 7 years of relevant professional experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with Tableau software Knowledge or experience in provider or healthcare management preferred
