Lead the projects designed to modernize aseptic production including responsibility for project quality and Project Procurement and Engineering Management teams to support the production of Novo Nordisk products which meet or exceed business, regulatory and customer requirements in accordance with the Novo Nordisk Way. This includes providing direction, coaching and overseeing the management and supervision over the project management and engineering managers, specialists/professionals and consultants/contractors a combination of 100+ full:time employees and contract/contingent workers. Relationships Vice President. Essential Functions stylemargin:bottom:11.0px::Lead, direct and coordinate the project management team(s) in the design of the overall project and in the development of the implementation plan and project timelines:Identify and develop working relationships with impacted customers at all levels to include ensuring customer representatives are kept appropriately informed of project activities and are encouraged to participate as appropriate:Advise process teams representing customer needs regarding cross:functional considerations, workflow integration and coordination and optimization of best practices:Provide and ensure communication with and between project and customer management at critical points in the implementation of the project plan:Identify, secure and coordinate implementation of internal and external resources and expertise as appropriate to achieve project objectives:Ensure that the project is proceeding according to timelines, meeting targets and expectations and adhering to established operating parameters; negotiates changes in project resources as necessary to achieve objectives and timelines:Design, establish and maintain an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the goals and objectives of the project to include recruitment, training and overseeing and deploying technical and functional staff as appropriate:Develop and manage the transition work plans for all project team members, to include transitioning into the project and back to home departments upon completion:Oversee the supervision of project personnel, which includes work allocation, training and problem solution; evaluating performance and making recom
