As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you will work to maximize profitability by identifying pricing opportunities and implementing effective strategies. You will develop, interpret, analyze and help implement complex business strategies. You'll also perform analysis on customer and equipment data to improve decision making and to aid in the development of action plans. You'll partner with the regional sales and operations team in development, analysis, and implementation of regional pricing strategies. What you'll do: Work with local market teams to develop and maintain a strong understanding of market factors contributing to market pricing performanceConduct periodic business reviews with district/regional teams.Develop project plans, conduct necessary research, and lead analysis of operating, customer, and financial dataPartner with district/regional teams to develop a pricing strategy in support of go to market strategyUtilize pricing optimization engine (Zilliant) to develop and issue pricing guidanceDevelop, interpret, and distribute in market reporting highlighting rate acceptance and price complianceCollaboratively work with other members of the pricing team to establish and maintain standardized reporting.Interpret reporting and highlight specific areas of opportunity.Distribute insights to local market teams.Evaluate local contractual pricing agreements and provide analysis and insight to local market teamsAssist local sales teams in the creation of contractual pricing proposalsPerform customer analysis to identify opportunities for increased customer profitability.Deliver final recommendation to market teams and facilitate execution of final customer agreementOther duties assigned as needed Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business; MBA preferredMinimum 4-6 years, finance, pricing analytics experienceStrong analytical and organizational skillsHigh sense of urgencyExcellent presentation and written/verbal communication skillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access and Tableau Visualization SoftwareStrong customer service, interpersonal and problem resolution skills Why join us?
