Hill-LiRo is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston, Needham, MA and Metro Park, NJ. Responsibilities Project lead for both Design and Construction phases Communicate directly with client, A/E team, Builder, stakeholders and user groups Oversee and ensure quality and consistency of design and construction and all aspects of project Provide technical evaluations, advice and guidance Monitor and track project budgets Coordinate with adjacent projects impacted by the proposed work Manage project administrative efforts, including progress reports, submittals, requisitions, and change orders Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related discipline 10+ years' experience in Project Management Record of excellence in leading Massachusetts K-12 projects Higher education facility renovation/construction experience required Strong communication skills at multiple project levels ranging from tradespeople to facility executives Expertise in project administration for budget and schedule management Strong technical and leadership expertise is needed Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks Strategic perspective and ingenuity for solving problems to avoid negative impacts We are committed to your success, and we invest in your growth and development to unlock your full potential.
