Description:

We are currently looking for a Senior Operations Coordinator to support operations at our office location in Kailua, Hawaii. What you’ll do: Responsible for day-to-day operations coordination across multiple departments, subsidiaries and projects. Responsible for providing and maintaining office support including facility coordination, office supplies, answering phones, office equipment, and overall office appearance. Support and administer special projects by developing processes, tracking progress and maintaining timelines, driving project initiatives and serving as a liaison between multiple departments. Create and maintain templates for forms, letters, tracking spreadsheets and databases for Operations team and other departments across the Company and its subsidiaries. Maintain a well-organized filing system that permits easy reference and rapid retrieval of information. Develop and maintain company SOP’s as directed by Operations Manager. Providing accurate Word, Excel, and PowerPoint support by composing and/or editing a variety of documents. Develop and utilize construction software and other related software to manage projects. Initiate, prepare, process, and review requests for information as required by the project. Assist with special events such as organizing meetings, holidays, and special events Perform other duties as assigned. What you’ll bring: Three plus (3+) years of operations and project administrative experience, preferably in construction industry. Bachelor’s degree in business management or related degree. Must have the ability to prepare complex procedures with minimal supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment. Demonstrated organization and analytical skills and the ability to diagnose and analyze problems and drive appropriate solutions. Ability to handle multiple projects in an organized and accurate manner. Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
