Senior OCM Practitioner

Title: Senior OCM Practitione r Responsibilities: Engage Bureau users to prepare them for change created by technology enhancements. This could include using feedback surveys and building networks of change champions among other engagement methods to bring the voice-of-the- customer Develop and execute on OCM plans based on ADKAR, an industry leading OCM methodology, in support of IT initiatives Performing in-depth change impact assessments of the major systems, business processes, and user experiences that will experience substantial change upon the Bureau's implementation of new technologies to inform the OCM Plan Conducting stakeholder analysis(es) to support varied tactics for different user types (e.g., executives vs staff, division by division, early adopters vs technology laggards) Proposing and gathering metrics to track progress and measure effectiveness of OCM approach Documenting the scope, timeline, and steps that can be taken to support the stakeholders impacted by the project, including metrics to measure OCM effectiveness and progress and identifying where Bureau end users are in the change process and how they are progressing. Develop and execute a communication plan through the lifecycle of the OCM from building excitement to training, adoption, and reinforcement Develop messages and communication materials to support communication plans Coordinate OCM activities and coach initiative leads such as Product Owners and Project Managers Leverage change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to develop training curriculums of new technology features Curate (and create, if necessary) training materials associated with comprehensive training approaches Develop and deliver other training media and artifacts as needed Minimum Qualifications : Five (5) years of relevant OCM experience, including experience with complex OCM initiatives and maturing an enterprise OCM capability Prosci Certified Change Practitioner. Preferred Qualifications : Certifications in complimentary practices (e.g., Agile Scrum, lean six sigma, human centered design, marketing, user experience design) Experience and expertise with government financial regulators (e.g., CFPB, SEC, FFIEC, FDIC, OCC, FRB, and NCUA) and/or financial services organizations (Banks, Credit Unions, etc.) Experience in a government IT organization Professional Skills Excellent verbal, graphical, interpersonal, and written communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must possess strong analytical, organizational and project management skills. Demonstrated outstanding level of professionalism in providing client support, including ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, tact, and diplomacy. Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information. Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
