The ideal candidate will demonstrate solid legal acumen, practical communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.Duties:Draft and review litigation documents, including motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions.Represent clients in state and federal courts, including appearances for hearings, trials, and other proceedings.Manage all aspects of litigation cases from inception through resolution.Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice and strategy.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders.Collaborate with colleagues on legal strategies and case management.Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.Handle multi-district litigation matters as needed.Requirements:JD degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Maryland Bar.Minimum 6 years of experience practicing law, with significant experience in litigation.Proven track record of success in handling complex litigation matters.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.Attention to detail and accuracy in work product.Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.Skills:Proficiency in drafting legal documents and pleadings.Knowledge of civil procedure and evidence rules.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills and building rapport with clients and colleagues.Sound business judgment and decision-making skills.Experience with electronic discovery and litigation technology preferred.Job Location: Baltimore, MDBenefits Offered: The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
