The successful candidate will possess strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and work both collaboratively and independently. This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality work products, meeting deadlines, and fostering positive work relationships.Duties and Responsibilities:Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and promptly reply to correspondence.Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product.Successfully meet deadlines and expectations and perform work duties as required.Foster positive work relationships.Comply with all firm policies and practices.Engage in both physical and sedentary activity, such as:Working at a computer for extended periods, including on-screen reading and typing.Participating in digital/virtual conference calls.Participating in meetings as needed.Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.Requirements:Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience.Experience drafting litigation documents, such as motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions.Experience appearing in state and federal courts.Experience handling multi-district litigation is preferred.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree.Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.Certifications:Active membership in the Massachusetts Bar Association.Skills:Strong analytical and writing skills.Attention to detail.Good business judgment.Excellent organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively and independently.Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.Research and problem-solving skills.Conceptual thinking.Ability to influence others.Persuasive communication.Management skills.Ability to multi-task and prioritize.Strong project management skills.Job Location:Boston, MABenefits Offered:Comprehensive package including medical, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) retirement plan.
