This role provides the opportunity to engage in high-impact legal work while fostering professional growth.Duties:Lead the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases and related documents, including term sheets and letters of intent.Supervise junior leasing attorneys and coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and brokers.Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables while meeting client expectations.Cultivate positive working relationships within the team and with external partners.Adhere to all firm policies and engage in both sedentary and active tasks as required.Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.Requirements:Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial leasing.Proven track record in drafting and negotiating leases for diverse property types.Strong background in representing landlords.Education:Juris Doctor (JD)Certifications:Admitted to practice in CaliforniaSkills:In-depth knowledge of the commercial leasing market.Excellent negotiation, analytical, and writing abilities.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.Good business acumen and attention to detail.Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Benefits:Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) plan and other perks to support work-life balance.Flexible work environment with hybrid options.
