About The Role: As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer , you will lead geotechnical projects from inception to completion, driving innovation and ensuring top-tier quality, safety, and on-time delivery. Your technical expertise in geotechnical analysis, design, and execution will be critical in solving complex challenges. You'll also play a key role in client relations, ensuring project success and profitability. By mentoring your team and managing each project phase, you'll play a key role in improving efficiency, refining processes, and raising departmental standards. Oversee meticulous site inspections, analysis, and detailed reporting. Drive continuous process improvements, enhancing efficiency and project outcomes. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring project success and profitability. Mentor and develop a high-performing geotechnical team. About You: You have a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Geological, Mining, or Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field You have 8+ years of experience in Geotechnical Engineering You have 5+ years in a Project Manager role, a plus You have a Professional Engineer (PE) license You can demonstrate strong business development skills You can assist in the field and conduct project site visits as needed About S&ME: For over 50 years, S&ME has delivered innovative solutions in geotechnical, civil, environmental, and construction materials, tackling our clients' toughest challenges.
